The Enclave, 129 River Road, Flemington, NJ 08822

The Enclave is a 257,000 square foot 200-unit residential unit with 110,000 square feet of parking garage that used 5,000 cubic yards of concrete during an eight month construction schedule.

Concrete was used in the apartment and parking garage foundations, slabs, walls and columns, and was pumped through a 38-meter or 47-meter articulated boom pump. Precast concrete was installed to complete floors two through four of the parking garage.

Unlike other residential development projects, the Enclave parking garage was designed to be surrounded by the residential units so it would not be visible from the ground, increasing the curb appeal of the property.
