The Delaney at Florham Park, 110-120 Park Avenue, Florham Park, NJ

The project contained approximately 12,000 yards of total concrete, utilized from footings to upper transfer structural decks, designed to have a lower water/cement ratio to provide higher strength and durability.

Construction consisted of a high-quality, brand-new 457,000 square foot, four-story, 256 room extended stay apartment building.

The building is located in a prime location on Park Avenue in Florham Park, NJ. The project was completed successfully, two months ahead of schedule.
