Aquaview Harbor Station South is a thoughtfully designed residential development that offers a seamless blend of comfort, elegance, and contemporary design. This project was successfully executed with exceptional attention to detail, particularly in the quality of its concrete work. All concrete elements were delivered to specification with smooth, defect-free finishes that exceeded performance expectations.

The project involved the placement of 3,823 cubic yards of concrete, utilized across various structural components including footings, foundation walls, columns, slab-on-grade, a structural second-floor slab, and a composite third-floor slab. Due to challenging sandy soil conditions, the foundation phase required extensive excavation, and fiber mesh reinforcement was incorporated into the slab-on-grade to meet project specifications.

To manage the technical complexities, the construction team employed concrete pumps, Symons and DOKA formwork systems, and ULMA shoring, ensuring both efficiency and structural integrity throughout the build.

The result is a modern, resilient structure that reflects technical excellence and a commitment to delivering a refined, high-quality living environment for future residents.
