32 Oakland Ave is a 15 story building with metal deck from the 6th floor up to the 15th floor Concrete. Concrete was clean and polished. Concrete Systems poured concrete in the basement, slab on grade, and structural slab up to 15th floor, using rebar and shoring.

Logistics were challenging due to the project bang in the center of a busy street. There were different slab elevations throughout the foundation. Approximately 18,003 cubic yards of concrete was utilized.
